Exchange, Return, and Refund


RETURN

Within 36 hours of the customer receiving their order, we allow returns if the quality of the goods is still in good condition. Items purchased on sale are not eligible unless otherwise stated.

The product(s) being sent back or sent for exchange must be undamaged and in their original packaging. The labelling and packaging must match what was sent. No products will be accepted that do not have Sabezy tags. The customer is responsible for any product defects.

If you would like to request a return, you can email us at support@sabezy.com. On working days (Monday–Friday, 10 am–6 pm), one of our staff members will get in touch with you within 72 hours of receiving your email.

We ask that you provide us with your order number, the issue at hand, and, if at all feasible, send us photographs in order to expedite the process and the assistance we provide.

Following receipt of your email, your return order will be picked up 3–4 working days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed outside of India that are being returned are not eligible.

No returns will be accepted for any masks, inner clothing, or other sanitary items.

Any accessories are not eligible for a refund.

You cannot return any item that has been specially customized for you.


REFUND

Cash payments for orders can be reimbursed in two ways: as store credit or as a complete refund to the same bank account as the customer.

We will reverse the transaction on the same card that was used to make the purchase for orders you place using the card.

It will take at least 2-3 working days for all refunds to show up in your account or on your card, as appropriate.

We trust you, but just to ensure our quality team gets to do their fair share of checks, we request that you allow us time to refund till the products returned to us are quality checked for the concerns that made your experience unsatisfactory.

International orders placed outside of India are not eligible for a refund.

Items bought on sale will not be eligible for refunds.

Any accessories cannot be returned for a refund.

Any masks, inner clothing, or other sanitary goods will not be eligible for refunds.


EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges within 36 hours of order receipt by customers, respective of the quality check performed before final acceptance of the product return.

The product(s) being returned must be in unused, unwashed, and/or undamaged condition. The labelling and packaging must be exactly as received. No products will be accepted without tags. If any of the apply, the customer is responsible for paying for any product defects.

You can email us at support@sabezy.com to request an exchange, and someone from our staff will respond to you within 72 hours on working days (Monday through Friday) between 10 am and 6 pm.

We ask that you include your order number, the issue at hand, and the product or size you would like to change for in order to ensure smooth the procedure and the service we give.

In the case that a lower sum is exchanged, we will increase your store credit by the difference.

In the case that a bigger amount is exchanged, we will send you a payment link so that you can process the difference before sending your order.

A product of equal or greater worth may be substituted for an item acquired on sale. You will be responsible for paying the difference in price for the exchanged good.

You may return or exchange items through the above-described procedures because we do not cancel orders once they have been submitted. We will be glad to assist you.

Exchange for orders placed outside of India from abroad is not applicable.

If an exchange is necessary, the client must ship back any items acquired on sale.

Items purchased on sale, any product customization (if necessary), and any costs that the buyer is responsible for.

No exchange will be accepted for any masks, inner clothing, or sanitary items.

The exchange policy does not apply to accessories.

The consumer is responsible for the second attempt at an exchange of the products.


NOTE: For all products that have a replacement, please keep the item in its original condition, with the brand outer box, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item being delivered to you, we will provide replacement as not refund is applicable.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
