Cook using a Tawa/Pan
- Remove and thaw the kebabs. Do not refreeze them once thawed.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick tawa/pan.
- Add the thawed kebabs and keep flipping them to ensure even cooking on both sides.
- Cook on medium heat for 4-5 mins until done.
Cook using an Oven/Air Fryer
- Remove and thaw the kebabs. Do not refreeze them once thawed.
- Preheat the oven/air fryer at 200 degrees.
- Line the baking tray with foil or parchment paper and brush it with a little oil.
- Add the kebabs and flip them midway to ensure that they're evenly cooked on both sides.
- Cook for 10 to 12 mins until the kebabs are golden brown.
