Returns and Exchange Policy
Terms and conditions of Bombay Hemp Company Private Limited’s (hereinafter referred to as “BOHECO”, “We”, or “Us”) Returns and Exchange Policy:
BOHECO endeavors to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and without any hassle. We take great care when delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
For any incorrect product delivered to you where the delivered product does not match the item in your order confirmation, we are happy to exchange your product for a replacement. Please note that the seal of the outer carton of any incorrect item delivered has to be intact for an exchange request to be fulfilled by us.
If any product delivered to you has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, then we are happy to exchange your product for a replacement.
Only requests for exchange made within 48 hours of delivery of your consignment shall be considered by us. Any items exchanged for the first time will be free of charge to you.
If you receive a defective product and request an exchange of the item within the stipulated 48-hour time period from delivery of the consignment, and if the product of your choice is not in stock, we will, following a quality check, offer you a refund, which will be processed in 10 working days from the time of receipt of the returned product to us. The refund shall be made through any online mode of payment.
Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.
To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit, please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91 9619696100 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at customercare@boheco.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will investigate the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours. We typically make a reverse pickup within 3–4 working days.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution to exchange requests as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
International Orders: If a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect the order from our Shipping agency, Bombay Hemp Company will not be liable to provide a refund.
