At the moment, we do not offer or accept returns.
We will replace your product with an exact new one in the unlikely event that it is damaged, defective, or different from the one we delivered to you.
This will be initiated only if we are informed regarding the same WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery. Write to us at info@kikibix.com.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a replacement.
How can I replace a product ordered from Kikibix?
To replace a product purchased on Kikibix, please write to us at info@kikibix.com. Please tell us the reason for your replacement. We will replace your product with an exact new pack.
Limits of replacement
You can replace any product bought from Kikibix before the product is opened, used, or the packaging is thrown away.
This should be done within 24 hours from the date of delivery. We do not accept returns. If the product is used or the packaging is thrown away, it will not be acceptable for replacement.
How and when will I get my replacement?
We will initiate the replacement process upon receiving the details of the damaged or missing items. The replacement item will be shipped to you.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds for any products.
In the event of any damage or missing item, we will send a fresh pack of the same item to you once we receive your email regarding the item.
