Cancellation, Returns, Refunds and Replacement Policy

We take the utmost care to deliver the best-quality products to you. If there are any quality issues or if you are not satisfied with any of our products for legitimate reasons, we will provide an unconditional replacement or refund.

When returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, the name of the product, and the reason for returning the goods.


 Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by calling or writing to us. In such a case, we will refund your payments if they were already made by you for the order.


Cancellations after shipment or delivery will be considered, at the sole discretion of the Company, on a case-by-case basis. In general, we will provide full cooperation for all cancellations if the reasons are genuine.


If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the website, such orders could be cancelled at the company’s discretion.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds Policy:


In the case of a replacement, which will be at the discretion of the Company, the product to be replaced will be shipped by the Company within 7 days after receiving the request. If the replacement product cannot be shipped within 7 days, you will receive an automatic refund into the account through which you made the payment.


If the refund request is due to factors other than the quality of the product or a delay in shipment-related issues (for example, a change of mind), then the company reserves the right to exclude the delivery charges from the refund amount.


In case the refund is against the return of the product, which will be at the discretion of the Company, then the refund will be initiated only after the product is picked up by our delivery partner, and a typical duration for the refund amount to be credited into your account will be 15 days. The delivery partner will seek an appointment and make a minimum of two attempts to pick up the product from the location where it was originally delivered.


If, based on mutual agreement, you ship the product back to us, the refund will be done within 15 days from the receipt of the product at our office or warehouse, the address of which will be communicated to you through email.


Returns, refunds, or replacements are not possible in the following cases:


Used products or products with broken seals (unless it’s a case of product quality defect)

Return requests made after 7 days of product receipt

Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price information & labels
