All mixes are exempt from returns.

Please send an email to hello@plattered.in to cancel your order. If the email is received before dispatch, we will refund the order through the same payment channel you have processed the order 

Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been dispatched

In case of COD, there will be no refunds

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch of the product. No further cancellations will be accepted.
