Return Policy

What is your return policy? 

Due to the consumable nature of the product, these items are non-returnable.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different/wrong item(s) delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund or replacement. 

To initiate a refund or return claim, please send an email to connect@sippin.in. Your email must contain the name of the product, the order ID, the invoice number, and a detailed description of the nature of the claim. This must be done within three days of receiving the product.

Conditions for returning products:

The products must be returned in the same condition they were received, along with the original invoice.

Products must be in their packaging.

Brand packaging should be intact.

Replacement of a product will be subject to the availability of the product on the website at that time.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt at the email address you provided at the time of booking the order. After inspection of the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If you paid by net banking, credit card, or debit card, we will initiate a refund request to our Payment Gateway Partners within five working days of the approval of your return. Once the request has been processed, the amount will be transferred back to your account or card account within 14 working days, or per the timelines of the payment gateway or bank.

If you paid by cash (COD), we will courier the refund check to you within five working days of the approval of your return. The check will be prepared in favor of the “billing name” you used when placing the order and will be couriered to the “billing address” you provided when placing the order.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing the order if you so wish. If the payment has already been made, your refund will be processed within five working days.
